COMPANY DIRECTOR
MATTHEW RAINSBERRY
Actor, writer, and creative with a deep-rooted passion for storytelling. Raised in Stratford-upon-Avon, theatre was quite literally on his doorstep, sparking a love for performance from an early age. He went on to study English & Drama at Royal Holloway University, before refining his craft at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art, with an MA in Classical Acting.
Since graduating in ‘22, Matthew has been working as a freelance artist, collaborating on a range of creative projects across stage and screen.
Now, he's proud to launch Beeswax Theatre Company—a new platform dedicated to developing and producing bold, original theatre that celebrates fresh voices and imaginative storytelling.
